Pioneer Management System is committed to maintain its leadership in certification and related services to the entire satisfaction of customer. This shall be achieved by Continual Improvement in processes and system through Involvement of all members of IMS in achieving the company’s goals.
IMS shall create an environment where each employee contributes to all aspects of our business process and shall strive for continuous improvement to meet with customer Satisfaction.
The Management System of IMS is established in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17021:2015 and as per applicable accreditation requirements.

Impartiality Policy

The Top Management of IMS Understands The Importance of Impartiality When Performing QMS/EMS/OHSAS/OHSMS/FSMS/ISMS Certification Activities; Manages Potential Conflict of Interests And Ensures The Objectivity Of Its QMS/EMS/OHSAS/OHSMS/FSMS/ISMS Certification Activities. Pioneer Management System  Has Developed And Implemented Procedures In Compliance With The Requirements Of ISO 17021-1-2-3-10, ISO/TS 22003 & ISO/IEC 27006 Accreditation Standards.
The Certification Procedures Are Approved By The CEO And Are To Be Abided When Applicable And When QMS/EMS/OHSAS/OHSMS/FSMS//ISMS Certification Is Conducted According To ISO 17021-1-2-3-10, ISO/TS 22003 & ISO/IEC 27006 Accreditation Standards

Suspension Policy

The schemes operated by IMS Services. reflect the needs of the user and provider alike. Decisions taken must be impartial of these requirements. Whilst remaining realistic and practical, Pioneer Management System works according to the policies within a legislative framework and requirements of the accreditation board.

IMS Services shall impose the suspension based on the conditions defined in the certification rules. The Certification shall be suspend due to the below given reasons:

1. If the audit is not conducted within the specified scheduled time frame.

2. If the client fails to clear the dues/fees or any expenses incurred during the audit.

3. The certificate shall be suspended if the standard you are complying with, is not established.

The reasons which caused suspension shall be complied within maximum of 1 month after this the suspended certificate will be withdrawn.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

Whilst remaining realistic and practical, Pioneer Management System works according to the policies within a legislative framework and requirements of the accreditation board.

Pioneer Management System Services shall impose the cancellation/Withdrawal based on the conditions defined in the certification rules. The Certification shall be cancelled/Withdrawn due to the below given reasons:

1. If the audit is not conducted within the specified scheduled time frame given after the suspension of the certification.

2. If the client fails to clear the dues/fees or any expenses incurred within the given time after the suspension.

3. The certificate shall be suspended if the standard you are complying with, is not established within the specified time after the suspension.

The client will not be able to use this certificate and the logo or any copy of the certificate any more after the cancellation of the certification as this shall become illegal and the actions can be taken by the board

Pioneer Management System Reserves right to publish the same in the public board/ newspapers.

Under the withdrawal of certification the organization shall return the original certification and other related documents

Certification Process

1. Application

Decides the time duration for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP certification process.

Deciding if the scope is available with IMS

2. Application Review

Review of the application for contract generation and auditor, Lead Auditor and Technical Expert allotment for the audits.

Decides number of Man-days

Decides the location site Sampling and the resources available.

3. Contract Review

Generation and review of the contract by the commercial and technical team for the whole process.

4. Quotation/Agreement and receipt of advance

Sending the quotation/agreement to the applicant for the acceptance of the quotation for the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP certification.

5. Stage-I Audit and receipt of stage 1 fees

Documentation as per ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP and site verification as per the standard guidelines

6. Review

Review of the audit report is done for the closure of N.C/ Observations and recommendation to the next level audit- Stage 2

7. Stage-II Audit and receipt of stage 2 fees

System and Process Audit as per ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP.

8. Closure of N.C/Observations and Receipt of fees

The closure of N.C & observation and receipt of full and final fees is mandatory for the issue of the certificate.

9. Issuance of Certificate

The certificate is issued for one certification cycle.

10. Surveillance Audit

Surveillance audit is performed based after the decided frequency to check the follow of the compliance of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP

11. Re-Certification Audit

The renewal process of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP is followed after the period of 3 years cycle.

12. Refusal of Certification

ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP or any other required Certification can be refused at various stages.
